Reading your email in Webmail

Webmail lets you read and send email from any browser, without setting anything up on your device.

From your control panel

1. Log in to your control panel.
2. Open Webmail (or click the webmail icon next to a mailbox under Email Accounts).
3. Choose a webmail app if prompted — Roundcube is a good default.
4. You are taken straight into your inbox.

Go to:

Log in with your full email address (for example you@yourdomain.com) and the mailbox password.

Webmail vs. an email app

Webmail is perfect for checking mail on a device that is not yours, or occasionally. For everyday use, setting the account up in an app like Outlook, Apple Mail or Gmail on your phone is more comfortable — see Setting up your email on a phone or computer.
