Adding another domain to your account

If your plan allows more than one website, you can host additional domains from the same account.

Addon domain — a separate website

Use this to host a completely different site (its own files, its own address).

1. Log in to your control panel.
2. Open Addon Domains (sometimes under a Domains section).
3. Enter the new domain name.
4. The folder for its files is suggested automatically — note it down.
5. Click Create.
6. Upload that site's files into the folder shown.

Important: for the domain to reach us, its nameservers must point to us at your registrar:

ns7.atlantishosting.net
ns8.atlantishosting.net

Parked domain — an alias

A parked domain shows your existing site at a second address (for example a .net that mirrors your .com). Use Parked Domains instead of Addon Domains for this.
